Hi, I am Pat Worrell and I am the owner of
Appliance Repair for You.
I have been in the appliance repair industry since 1972 and self-employed in
this industry since the early 1980's.

I operated my business under the name Worrell Refrigeration from the early
1980's until December of 2004. That business name did not accurately
reflect the nature of my business as I work on all major appliances so I
decided to change the name.

When you call to schedule a service call or ask a service related question
you will be talking directly to me.

To schedule a service call I answer the telephone from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM
Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Sunday.

My service hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00
AM until 12:00 noon on Saturday.
I do not offer 24 hour service but on occasion I will perform emergency
service if my availability allows.

Here is how I schedule service work.
On the first call of the day I give you a one hour window for my arrival time.
For the remainder of the day I offer a two hour window for my arrival time. I do
not overbook so if you book a service call you have my word that I will show
up as promised.

My service charges are as follows.
The cost of the trip charge and labor to diagnose the problem is $49.00.

When I know what is wrong I will give you a firm flat rate bid on the total cost
of the repair. My flat rate charge is determined from a national flat rate book
which I discount for most jobs. This bid will be for the total job and will have
the $49.00 applied to the bid. At this point if you decline the repair the most
you will be billed is $49.00.
